Terms:
Prices include CD, jewel case, custom printed inserts and shrink-wrapping. CD Only orders will be packaged in paper sleeves. Shipping charges are additional. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. Balance due upon delivery. Approximate delivery time is 7 business days after artwork approval. Order by December 14 for Christmas delivery (expedited shipping may be required).
